I think you are right, and it would be a real shame. It would be really interesting to get Russ' perspective on this.

The sad thing for you and tweedledum is that, for as long as I'm IVV's clan leader, Breaking Bad will never win the title again. I do mean that. My primary goal is to ensure you never win again. I will always find a way to ensure one clan will always be above you.

Even if there are only 3 clans remaining 😉🤣

If I paid my secretary to be quiet about our evening together , no crime,
As long as you declared the $130k gift to the IRS via Form 709.

"When you make a financial gift to someone, you—not the recipient of the gift—are responsible for paying any gift taxes owed. If you give gifts of cash, property, or other assets to someone during any given tax year, you're required to file Form 709 to report the gift."

"The basic gift tax exclusion or exemption is the amount you can give each year to one person and not worry about being taxed. The gift tax exclusion limit for 2023 was $17,000, and for 2024 it's $18,000. That means anything you give under that amount is not taxable and does not have to be reported to the IRS."

As for Trump, he apparently says the $130,000 was not a gift but a business expense. But then we need to see an invoice of some kind. We need to see an NDA or a contract. Was Stormy working for Trump? Or working for Cohen? If Cohen, why did Trump give Cohen money? Where is the invoice for that?

Oh... so... no invoices. Just gifts. And no IRS Form 709.

You really want to elect a guy President who breaks the law? Hmmmm...

The point of acknowledging design doesn't prove God, it proves design over a mindless process nothing more. God can only be known when we seek God and God calls, but even there we can suppress God's call, just as we can suppress evidence by refusing to acknowledge what we see to avoid philosophical ramifications evidence points to.
The fundamental logical error you and Creationists generally are making is this: you confuse intelligibilty with intelligence. A thing can be intelligible (to us) without being intelligent (in-itself). You are merely projecting your own designs and metaphors (error-checking, start-stop mechanisms, etc.) into nature.

Is it OK if we do? The posts of liberals on the RHP Forum appear to not think so. What is their underlying theme of posts?
What is their underlying theme of posts?

The underlying theme of "their" posts takes many forms, from the environment, to criminal's having access to guns, to Mexico paying for that border wall, to a convicted fraudster and sexual abuser selling himself as the very best candidate for President, to huge corporations getting billions of dollars in government "free stuff" while complaining about a lower middle-income student who got a discount on her college tuition, to conservatives passing laws that will force 13 year old rape victims to carry their children to birth, even though it would severely injure or kill the mothers under developed young body in the process

Does that answer your question, or are you still struggling with your reading comprehension? 🙄

    @Phranny

The unspoken part of the plan, of course, is that he would instigate some sort of national-crisis-excuse to set the constitution aside, declare martial law and himself president for life. His unfettered admiration for Putin should be warning enough.

I don't got a problem with any of that.
He’ll be a minority president but you think it’s ok for the minority to rule over the majority
That’s gonna go very wrong very quickly given the amount military style weapons sloshing around the US. I suspect Trump will be taken down by a military coup if he tries half of that, or long term a civil war with the wealthier and more populous pro democracy liberal states kicking the village idiots back into their box again

But it cannot if one covets the possessions of others. You do. Are you so daft, or being run of the mill dependent liberal?
I'm not a lib. But I stopped supporting Republicans after they abandoned the essential rule that the government needs to spend within its means.

For the 1st time in decades, he's in a place where he doesn't get to make all the rules. That cold, stark courtroom is a really scary place for Donald. He knows he's in real trouble. It's impossible for him to refute or intimidate that documentation, his voice on the recording, and his signature on those checks. Despite the makeup and expensive suits, he looks old and worried as he's forced to listen to so many of his former staff members testifying as to his many illegal acts - and that carefully crafted hair combover is looking less and less convincing.

Think on your sins Donald. 😏

Well FMF didn’t converse with you for about 2 years because he thought you weren’t worth bothering with. HandyAndy made it abundantly clear what he thought of you, as do I.

I’ll give it a year and you’ll be reminiscing over FMF like you do over Handy Andy.
You do love to go on about nothing don't you?

You are irritating as a fly buzzing around one's head. 😛
