You can download pgn's from actual gamey, by going there (in the browser version) and click on "pgn" at the menue to the right.
The game you posted was a pgn code anyway, you can click on "Quote Post" and copy the pgn.
I was confused that someone posts a pgn code and asks how to download the same code. Sorry for that.

@Ponderable you have misunderstood, I meant that when you search using games explorer then you get dozens of hundreds of games like the below site :-

as far as I know that is not possible.
However Greenpawn has some tools that allows him to search, maybe conact Russ and ask about conditions to do so.
